Offline Hiker is distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store. We do not operate any custom servers, backend infrastructure, or data-collection systems in connection with the app. The only information about your use of the app that we receive is information that Apple chooses to share with developers as part of its standard App Store relationship.

The app does not transmit, send, or upload personal information from your device to us. We do not operate any servers or other infrastructure that receives information from the app. We do not maintain user accounts, log-in systems, or any other mechanism by which you would submit personal information to us through the app.

The app does not contain third-party analytics tools, advertising software development kits, social-media tracking pixels, marketing identifiers, or any other third-party software that would transmit information about you or your use of the app to any party.

Because Offline Hiker is distributed through the Apple App Store, Apple makes certain information about app activity and in-app purchase transactions accessible to us through its standard developer platform. To function as a navigation tool, the app uses your device's standard location services through the permissions granted by the operating system. Any location information, waypoints, navigation history, or other content used or created within the app is handled on your device.

We do not receive, store, or maintain a copy of this information. We have no visibility into the waypoints you save, the routes you travel, or any other personal information that exists only within the app on your device.

If you uninstall the app, locally stored information is removed by the operating system in accordance with its standard handling of uninstalled applications. We have no role in this process.

Apple is the only third party involved in the distribution and operation of the app, and Apple's role is limited to the standard App Store functions described in this Policy.

The app does not integrate third-party analytics services, advertising networks, social-media login systems, marketing platforms, attribution networks, or any other third-party service that would collect, process, or transmit information about you or your use of the app.
